This widespread, Late Silurian fauna, occurs in the Fiddlers Green Formation, Bertie Group, of New York State and  the Niagara Peninsula of Ontario, Canada.

BACK TO EURYPTERIDS.NET
A storm created a freshet, turning the local road into a creek. The waters poured over onto the opposite side of Spohn Road at Passage Gulf and excavated a section exposing completely, the eurypterid bed. Here, I was able to dig into the waterlime layers and expose eurypterids (center). Note the conchoidal nature of this fine-frained dolostone.
